Another website I do is the South Philly Vikings. It was the first site I ever did for anybody besides myself.
Anyway, it's that time of year again and I'll be moving floats up into the Philadelphia Convention Center this Monday.
It's always fun to move floats for the mummers. They're not really shippers, you know, and they're stuff is often over-height on the flatbed and hard to properly secure. We always manage to get it up there, though. Maybe I'll post some pics here next week so you all can see what I mean.

This is a short intro to my blog.
I'm Dean. I've been driving for about 30 years or so, mostly regional in the mid-atlantic states. Nowadays, I'm just doing local and jockey work in the Philadelphia Port area.
I'm a family man and my wife and I have raised 5 kids. Now we have Grandchildren.
I like to do websites and I do one for Champion Trucking.. I'd rather talk about web design and development than trucking. Trucking is my job, but I'm kinda bored with too much trucking talk.
I've been a member of Mensa, the high-IQ society.
If I decide to update this blog regularly, I suppose that more will be revealed about me.

This is my first post and I'm testing to see what we can do.

I'm a little disappointed with this blog because it's stripping out all the html tags and using that lame bbcode instead.

I will probably delete this post when I see how everything works and start the actual blog.
